Delivery destinations
Delivery is currently available to eligible addresses in the United Arab Emirates. Availability is checked for your address at checkout. Delivery to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain is not currently offered.
Delivery methods and services
Your address and items determine which delivery method is available. Any ON THE WAY direct delivery or additional service must be expressly offered at checkout. Courier delivery does not include ON THE WAY on-site demonstrations, setup or installation. Any future service to neighbouring countries will use a third-party courier.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free for eligible UAE orders, with no minimum order value. Any applicable charges must be disclosed before you place your order. We do not charge back the original free delivery cost when you make a return.
Delivery estimates and cross-warehouse items
Review the delivery estimate shown at checkout before confirming your purchase. For a cross-warehouse item, the procurement or cross-border stage and the local delivery stage are explained separately. Your order retains its agreed delivery terms; this policy does not replace them with a new fixed delivery period.
Delays and changes
We will contact you if we expect a delay. A proposed change to your agreed delivery timing requires your express acceptance; silence is not acceptance. If we cannot supply your item or you do not accept a proposed change, cancellation and any refund will be handled under your applicable rights.
